Bookings that do not arrive on the scheduled day will be held for 24 hours. After that time, the booking will be considered null and void, unless prior written notice is given. In the event of arrival after the contracted arrival date (always with prior notice to the reservations department) and/or departure before the contracted departure date, you must pay the full amount of the stay.
