If the customer does not arrive the expected day, the reservation will be kept for 24h more. After that moment the reservation will be considered invalid, except upon written notice. In case your arrival is later than the contracted date (always previous advice to the reservations department) and/or the departure is earlier than the contracted date, the entire stay have to be paid.
