PLOTS

• The price is per night. Check-in at 13:00h and check-out at 12:00h.
• Advance payment: 50€ per pitch (the rest on arrival) / 100€ in case of long stay.
• For stays of less than 91 days, electricity will be billed according to the meter reading, at the current price.
• Water and the use of the campsite services (swimming pools, gym, etc.) are included in the price.
• For stays longer than 90 days, the low season rate will be applied, except July and August.
• This brochure is purely informative and has no contractual value.
• The prices include VAT and/or tourist taxes in force at all times.
• The campsite management undertakes to reserve the number of plots requested without their location being taken into account.
• Once installed on the pitch, no refund of the amount of the planned stay will be made.
• For clients who enter in the months of October to December, the prices of the current year will be maintained until their departure (maximum 30 June).
• In periods of minimum stay, the customer agrees to pay the minimum number of days booked.
• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the campsite. 
• Some dates may have a minimum stay. In mid season 2 and high season, the minimum stay on a pitch will be 5 nights.
• Camping visitors must register at reception and pay the adult or child rate if staying for more than one hour or the visitor’s rate for one day if staying overnight.
• Two families per pitch are not allowed.
• The swimming pool will be opened when the weather is suitable.
• The use of barbecues on the plot is strictly forbidden. Barbecues are only allowed in the areas set aside for this purpose.
• If the client does not arrive on the scheduled day, the reservation will be held for 24 hours. After that time, the booking will be considered null and void, unless written notice is given. In case of arrival after the contracted date of arrival, always with notice to the reservations department, and/or departure before the contracted date of departure, you must pay the full amount of the stay.
• The right of admission and stay is reserved.

BUNGALOW

• The price is per night and also includes a car. Check-in at 17:00h and check-out at 12:00h.
• The customer must pay 25% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit for booking and the rest on arrival at the campsite.
• The price of the Bungalow does not include the consumption of electricity which will be will be invoiced separately at the price of 0.45 €/KW, according to the meter reading.
• The clients will have to leave 60€ at the entrance as a guarantee against damages that could be caused to the objects inventoried in the bungalow. This guarantee will be returned on departure, once it has been checked by the person in charge. Pets are not allowed.
• The bungalow is equipped with TV screen, air conditioning, hot water, sheets and pillowcase (changed once a week), towels and kitchen utensils. The price includes the use of the campsite facilities such as the SPA, gym and outdoor swimming pools.
• Once installed in the bungalow, no refund of the amount of the planned stay will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Whatever the type of reservation, in case of cancellation the refund will be:
